One staff member who had trainee on his tag was awesome, however his manager ( The Owner?) was uninterested, not helpful at all and basically rude. It seemed like a total hassle to give them my money. Very, very average customer service. I walked across the road to a small owner operated hose business and spent my money there and received great service.

Spoke with John at ENZED who provided clear concise advice, and was able to deliver a high quality finished product at a fair price, and all within a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend.
